Immigration, not so sure thats the cause, our local 7/11 breeds young male Indians out the back aged between 18-25, they appear usually during night shift, and are quickly replaced never to be seen again within approx 3 weeks. Roughly 5 staff the place at once and rotate from; hello I'm new here, to would you like to buy some of this counter crap also?, to vanished without a trace....
