Market will need to see that the project has secured Financial Backing before it moves back up closer to T/O price...the endorsement by NDRC and then approval by CDB if that is where they are getting their funds from will go a long way to changing the current SP sentiment...
The Market and Resource stocks across the board have been down of late..which is putting pressure on SDL SP as well...
