Discount? Who can really know fieldhunta. Here's a couple of things to think about:

- offtake partners are often willing to take on stock at a premium to the market price, since they have a vested interest in securing the underlying commodity. So if we can issue some equity to one of them we could be pleasantly surprised.

- s.708 equity issues are far more efficient and cheaper than SPP to retail investors. This could be an option JG takes, although my feel is that he will try and include loyal holders, so run a placement plus SPP with option to buy up to $15k of new stock, hopefully with any excess being fully underwritten by one of the brokers. Attaching options are possible too.

- The amount (and price) of debt secured from the bank will also shape how hard they need to hit the market and hence what price is reasonable for issuing new shares.
