I strongly feel that NC should remain as an integral part of the company (for all of his misgivings).
He does need to be recognised for the foresight and good things he has done for the company, albeit that he has transgressed on many occasions it is easy to be wise in hindsight.
I have made my intentions known in a previous HC post and will say again that I and five other LYC Investor associates intend to back suitable LSA resolutions on the positions of Chairman and CEO.
I have been led to believe 100 shareholders are needed to sign the Notice of Resolutions. This will allow the resolutions to be presented at the AGM in November and ALL Lynas shareholders will then be able to cast their vote. Also I have been told it is totally irrelevant how many shares the 100 shareholders have in total however The reason I have indicated in an email to LSA that Myself and one other associate total 1.02 Million shares is that imho any resolutions will be taken much more seriously if the total number of shares represented is at the higher level as held by those in the T20.

GLAH's this whole saga has been a painful process and I hope those leading this company have learned some valuable lessons.
