I am in the building game in Brisbane and our concern is that a large number of houses are selling at less than the cost + the cost at what we can build them at. Therefore we wonder where our clients are going to continue to come from as it is cheaper to buy existing then to build, and could soon be quite considerably cheaper. Where as our cost continue to go up and land prices seem to keep going up and not coming down too??
