    The longer the saga gets dragged on, less likely that deal will face more issues.

    The Hanlong offer needs to be unconditional at 57c. If it is unconditional then you will see the shareprice shoot up to around 57c.

    I suspect the reason why is hasn;t been unconditional up until now is because of one thing -

    HANLONG DONT HAVE ANY MONEY!
