re: Ann: Form604 Notice of change of interest... M&G have increased their holding of OZL as per today's F604 by approx 2mm as at 6 July which would have cost around $16mm so we can see where they have been placing the NXS proceeds. The SP of OZL has recently spiked above $8.40 but is back below $8 today with lower volume yesterday and today so far. NXS volume is also lower today (so far). As to whether M&G are done with reducing their NXS holdings, anybody's guess.
