Winding up won't happen, imo, due to the ongoing asbestos liabilities. A takeover *could* happen if the suitor guaranteed the liabilities. The government may not allow it, though, so if a T/O offer was made, many would jump immediately, in the event it got knocked back.
It is a very stark share price. So much for buying for dividends, and as you've said Fabias, no franking for 3 years. I watch with interest. This must have been its worst day in a while.
