    IMO --Dont fear ccc ---will launch an offer to take-over patriotS assets
    albeit at very discounted prices ---you know they will
    just issue more shares ----im sure patriot have a few coal mines on offer ---to the highest bidders
    then will go from 3 mines to +__)*&%#$&+ with a gozillion shares on issue
