The Coalition was never ever responsible for a million deaths in Iraq.That's a myth and everyone with an ounce of brains, except, of course, those who hate the West9 because it's been shown to be superior) knows that it's a myth.
By far the majority(and I don't know anyone who believes the figure of a million) have been killed and/or mutilated by their own countrymen, be they Sunni against Shia or vice versa, extreme religious fanatics(hoping to meet their virgins in the next life?) or ex Sadam thugs.
Anything else is just fanciful anti-Western claptrap, trying to justify the ongoing mutilation of innocent people in Iraq.
