In business terms, the time frame from AGL's acquistion of Loy Yang at the end of June up until the end of July only allows for the minimum of time needed to settle such a complex deal arrangement, which no doubt, was already previously conceived and worked out and only needed confirmation of the acquisition received end of June.

We are currently only 2 weeks down the track since the AGL acquisition, it is very premature to expect a deal between large energy suppliers, politicians and an innovative technology company to be finalised in less time during the introduction of a massive new tax which sees entire industries in need to adjust, large subsidies to be handed out.



The acquistion of brown coal exploration of ESI with Mecrus for EL5119 was a clear indicator that a larger deal is in the making necessitating the coal supply for when our demonstration plant should have proven its effectiveness.

ESI will, as I see it, update towards the end of July and our shareprice should be quite distinctively different to what it is now.

We are trading on low volume, bigger players have positioned themselves in those manipulated crashes we saw several weeks ago when price went from 3 cents down to 1.9 cents and right back to 2.8 within minutes.
Those accumulation phases have obviously been completed and players are set. Current trading is nothing but short term noise of smaller investors while we all wait.
