As a country boy, I find those figures mind blowing. I live in a perfectly acceptable neighborhood [I love it!] with a variety of houses, some very nice but not too fancy, and on large blocks, but half a mill would buy any of them. There is a large one [three stories] being completed now which would be a little dearer.
Is it really THAT good living in the big smoke?
