"it might be different this time but i havent seen a stock suspension come out on the good side"

Well you mustn't have been around for that long. There are some that have come out better. Not many but some. One that quickly come to mind is CDU when WM managed to get someone else to jump into bed with him before trading started again, for the same reasons that we are experiencing now with PLV.
And, call it luck or whatever else, but he did this a few times before as well. When times were hard and when the market was getting slaughtered, in some way or another, CDU was in suspension. AKA can confirm as much if he so wish.

I am not in full agreeance with suspension of tradings. But there are times that they are strictly necessary.

In PLV's case IMO it was one of such cases.

Especially when, just an hour or so before the EGM was due to start, SS&T and Timeone decided to pull the pin on us.

What do you think the market would have done to us if Tony didn't put the suspension in place when it was obvious to anyone with market knowledge, that the market would have killed us and the shorters would have made a killing on us??

You, as a shareholders, should be pleased that Tony did that. If not you would have jumped up and down screaming blue murder and fowl play and calling for his blood. But then again you are still doing the same now anyway.

    Someone are never happy. Obvioulsy!!!!
