I suggest that most of the criticism is fair and justified. Without the small percentage of those noisy shareholders this company would have been owned by a chinese company a long time ago. It survived that only because of those pesky small holders. Then those same pesky ones were responsible for saving the Crown jewels.
So those pesky ones (idiots in some eyes) have now drawn attention to the fact that Lynas is run by a part time CEO.
I for one will not be bullied out of using my voice to do what I suggest is necessary for the good of all shareholders.
The time has come the walruss said etc.
