    Hi MS,
good question. This is a theory that i have floated several times. It is a fine line by TB to be seen to be compliant with ASX rules and "being a bit loose" with reality. Maybe there is a better way to describe it if I spent more time with this post. However my basic theory is that TB wants to extract maximum value from the developing plays and does not want to get taken out cheaply. So how do you do this without letting the cat out of the bag.

If you look at all the Press Releases from TB you will notice that the initial indications of the well(s)..all four appraisal wells in fact are reported of having good, very good or excellent oil shows. OZ2 had to be shut down to prevent a blow out, Grettel had foamy green shows similar to Elm Coulee, Defender was the most northerly productive oil well in Goshen. OZ1 had it's problems and was re-drilled as OZ2 with approx 61 feet of oil play.

I find it odd that there has always been some "practical" issue with each well and even the brockton fault line now apparently delineates a one third non-productive field.

I also find it odd that TB is hell bent on presenting at each oil conference as if he wants to sell the farm. Certainly each presentation sounds very good. Also the UK presentation about the 3 frac stages only being productive sounds very manufactured to me.

Lastly it has to be encouraging that TB has purchased on market 2M shares following his somewhat infamouse 19th June PR. I am pretty sure he underestimated the weight of this PR and combined with the market sentiment in general we were properly smashed.

look this is just my view on how things are unfolding. As others have said something does not add up. So we will just have to wait and see. i think Tony's post on what his happening around the plays is also very telling

    FP
