These guys sure know how to waste money.Any bunch of idiots can purchase an 'exciting' copper prospect in Chile/Peru.The place is peppered with them.Trouble is that HLX's concessions are really 3rd rate,based on info released, if you look at what is required to build a meaningful mine there.
I suppose it looks like good arm candy ; any thing to kid people on that management actually dong something useful.
No wonder capitalism, as we see it today is shown to be totally corrupt and wasteful.If its good enough at the top, then why shouldn't the small fry,like HLX, follow in their footstaps !
