One of the requirements of a BCE tech is what amount of energy needs to be applied to create the BCE - if a great amount of energy eg WEC's tech is required, then the resultant overall energy gain is negated somewhat.
I like Coldry because it uses waste heat - so even though this is energy created by burning BC - it would normally dissipate anyway - tick for mine.
I like Exergen as it uses gravity and pressure - minimal energy input - no burning anything - tick for mine.
Both techs create an exportable BCE and "potable" water - Coldry probably better than Exergen as it uses an evaporative process.
Basically I like both techs and hope both are winners.
