Wow, a whole 12 days late! - Didn't you read the recent announcement on the 2nd July? TIS management have been trying to keep us up to date with what is going on and they now expect the approval during July. Whether this actually happens is another matter but it's not due to gross incompetence. I just think the board has not allowed for any delays in their planning, which sets us up for disappointment.

Be pleased you aren't invested in PRR, who have been expecting a NASDAQ listing for 18 months now... The delay has been so huge it's become a running joke on the PRR threads.
