Have you forgotten the majority shareholder is Bayan now ? It wouldn't matter how many shareholders you got on side you're always going to be in the minority. I'm pretty sure I've been through all this before so I won't bother again but basically al you can do is sit and wait noe for Bayan to do something. The SP has been below 10 cents for quite a while now so it shouldn't be too long before that 12 cent low ball offer for the remaining shares gets made. That will be about 50% ABOVE the 30 day VWAP when it comes.
