    I find it interesting that the CEO felt comfortable enough to talk about the composition of the board and indicate that its chairmans days may be numbered (well, not in those exact words, it was more "the vibe..")

    Clearly the CEO feels he has the numbers on the Board to oust the Chairman and at the same time not be concerned with his own future employment prospects...as short lived as they currently have been.
