Tokyo currently averaging 30° and sticky - office AC set at 26° so not much difference - you could go to the beach, but you might find a few other people there...
I am keeping the faith with BTU (have to, I am so long on them), but it requires the leap of faith. I sense we are in the best possible hands with Hamish in charge. I am not expecting real progress much before Christmas.
