I'm pretty sure you were joking there, but just in case...
Gardasil is a vaccine against Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) which ultimately leads to Ovarian cancer and genital warts.
Carriage and Transmission of HPV is non-gender specific. If only females are vaccinated, it still leaves males as a possible vector.
Administering Gardasil to boys means there is a massively reduced risk of proliferation of HPV.
