Hi Jukes,
The last time I passed by the site a few months ago, the generating plant was sitting in it's pristine condition in a well sheltered building and taken care of. Transmission lines to Innaminka are in place, and the pipe work from the plant to Hab-3 exists, only need another 100m to connect to Hab-4, then it's all go, ie proof of concept.
