Not exactly what I wanted to see in the report.
While Rome was not built in a day, my experience with explorers is that before an ounce is poured expect to see at least 3 times as many shares on issue.
Unfortunately most of these shares will be issued when the price of the stock is in the doldrums resulting the blowout in shares on issue.
There will be money to made here no doubt but as a buy and hold? Never!
A buy and sell at the right time should see decent returns up until the production starts.
And after that if the current offerings on the market are anything to go by, returns will for producers will just track the market. see ncm as an example. Just my opionion.
