I whole heartedly agree that something has to be done to bring management to account, first up they need to stop hiding behind this nonsense that CCC is a investment company, whilst selling it as a good investment in producing mines, they can't have it both ways. The level of dilution at these levels after consolidation is an outrage. We the owners (and former owners) of CCC need to know what is/what has really been going on.
The problem is they'll just use our own money to pay for sharp lawyers to shoot down any motion by a gaggle of retail investors, to bring the company to account requires someone with professional expertise in commercial law to channel any action through such an avenue.
If 10% of retail investors spent the equivalent of 10% of their losses toward funding legal action it would rapidly balloon to a very potent war chest to at least get some answers.
