We have a voice when it comes to voting, but trying to compare "people power" such as in the case of the LTIP, to TB fretting about Hot Copper posters opinions regarding the schedule of a workover rig doesn't make sense imo.
The day to day running of the company is TB's concern, and regardless of Hot Copper posters opinions, I'm sure TB would want the workover rig on site and on time, imo posters opinions about such matters would hold little weight with TB.
I'm confident TB has his and our best interests in mind and would be as upset with any delays as we all are, but sh*t happens in every business and managers can only do their best.
