Huge - I have told JB already how unhappy I am about Resolution 5. Certainly won't be voting for it.

To put things in context I work weekends in a major public hospital, mostly in the intensive care unit, where I see real suffering & people on life support, with grieving families by their bedsides. Even though I feel extremely disappointed by CCC, and am sitting on a massive loss - at least I & my family are still in good health. Also fortunate to have good paying jobs & secure employment and am very lucky to have a loving & forgiving wife & family.

Not going to indulge in anger or recriminations. I will deal with the consequences of my decisions & learn from my mistakes. This has been a costly lesson in risk management & capital preservation.

Unfortunately, with my new job I won't be able to make the August 10 GM. Will be very keen to hear the outcome of resolution 5 though.

Still baffled, along with others here how CCC got into this position, given the huge amounts raised since mid 2010, the $18m cash received from Sioc, apparently cashflow positive operations, funds from Bergen & Socius, and debt funding available from ABSA.

    All the best
