I wouldn't expect we'd hit full production capacity after just one year, there will be a bit of an uptake process as clinics become aware of the treatment and start prescribing it.
But, if and when we do turn over $1B annually, I would sincerely hope the SP would be much higher than $1.

You are right, 2b efficacy is the most significant and your cautions around comprehending them are well founded.
However, I believe the next material announcement will be the interpretation of Intracellular Cytokine Staining data. This will precede the interim phase 2b efficacy results due this year.
