On the basis that as per your post
"For your info, the average time for clinical trial plan approval in EU is 6-8 weeks."
My thinking as per the latest news 29th June that due to the trials not likely to be sumitted until some time in July (questionable ???) commencement could be as late as the end of September.
"The further development of ATL1103 is on track and ANP expects by next month to have finalised the clinical trial protocol for the planned Phase II clinical trial of ATL1103 in acromegalic patients and to be in a position to submit its application for approval to begin the Phase II clinical trial in Europe."
