    Seems to be a great lack of planning here imo
    "Pipe supports and bends are being fabricated now that the pipe route has been agreed with Horizon."
    Given that the location of the powerbox and ,indeed, the Carnarvon power station have been known for quite some time, why are they only now able to agree where the pipes may be laid ?
    They must have forgotten to draw them in on the back of the beer coaster
