Does KS care? well not in the least just wants HIS cap raising to keep debt levels at around the 1.5b thats manageable.
Less divi's in future as the gfgc2 slowly develops.
Those who can't afford to participate will just be diluted.
If you don't like how KS does business in dealing with small stakeholders then wake up and get a life and consider moving your capital to a more shareholder friendly place.
On the plus side its not a deep discount like the post gfc cap raisings.
Recent sp movement might suggest the market was not fully informed.
