    To those saying there is no certainty about granting the CE Mark - I'm going to use the analogy of applying for a visa. You make the application, and then once it's approved, you fill out another form, confirming your details which you send in with your passport. The sticker gets stuck into your passport and away you go. We are at the "sticker sticking" part of the approval, TIS isn't suddenly going to lose certification. Also note the comment about the strength of the application from BSI in the announcement.

    No promises can be given about the issue of the final certificate, because it's all out of TIS hands now. So we can't get worked up about a lack of detail on delivery.

    As to takeover, I'm not sure that is likely - TIS has a license agreement with QUT for the use of Vitrogrow. It's a form of takeover protection insurance.
