I'm aware that QUT is the owner of the IP, but if they are offered sufficient cash (and as most unis in Oz are cash strapped right now), QUT could easily be tempted to sell the IP as part of a larger deal. e.g. (to QUT from big pharma...) "If we get 90% acceptance from TIS stockholders, you agree to sell us the IP for $30 mill."
I'm sure some clever merchant banker could cobble together something workable if the dollars put on the table.
And the value of the Vitrogro IP is never fully developed and passed to TIS share holders.
