    yeah, i guess the rest of the market read the announcement for what it really was - just more of the same, NO actual certification, just more "within.. weeks" words from (un)reliable mercer... but hey, holders here took comfort reading that TIS has actually been speaking to people within BIS... but the fat lady was nowhere to be seen...
