I think that's all that can be produced on site as end product for either off take agreement or for plant seperation.
Now as to whether the separation plant would be owned or JVing by PEK? or "sub contracting" for PEK?
That's the unknown.

PEK needs a Capital Raising just to complete Discovery Phase say about $10mil.
Then it will have it's Preoduct Ngualla all JORC RESERVEd to present for various cash in hand offers either full takeover or end user contracts.
