re: fnt update (tell lauura) I think the market will see this as favourable for ATC. It will be interesting to see if the FNT traffic will still flow on the ATC network. Also, one board member less!

I'm still convinced there is a connection between Interoute (now in admin) and FNT. Mackey was an employee of Interoute, and there is NO evidence I could find that Interoute has actually sold FNT to Mackey. I would imagine that under an administator all assets of Interoute would have been frozen - this could explain the failure of FNT to provide closure on the deal.
