Chinese need to regulate their ree miners it was overdue. All good to have heaps of the stuff available to export but at what environmental and social cost? No wonder the chinese want to clean up the ree image. Lots of toxic waste has created wastelands and caused much illness to the people ie contaminated drinking water.Its okay for the west to say chinese are deliberately restricting their exports yet what are the west doing to help chinese clean up their mess? No body wants to clean up others messy backyard do they? This new chinese strategy currently being implemented will help LYC, provided we can get TOL then POL and stage 2 underway. This will help stabilise ree supply and create higher prices as demand increases.
