Ticked you up Akko for effort! Only thing I can point out was when I spoke to mgmt sourcing a 2nd hand mill wasnt a priority and most likely be brand new one! Which to me was confidence that there wasnt a huge issue on gaining funds imo (5 mill diff). If it was me I'd have beasts of burden turning a rat wheel if ment saving a dollar but hey they are the gold miners and they know what they can and cant afford. Interpret that for what its worth!
