ucore america's dysprosium leader

    I’ve been doing a fair bit of research on Jack Lifton only because he appears to be the leading US authority on rare earths. Also being over 70 years old that just about makes him the grandfather of the rare earth industry. He has seen it all before.

    He has in recent times been pushing a small US explorer named Ucore Rare Metals.

    Ucore has described itself as having the Largest Heavy Rare Earth Deposit in U.S. and Jack appears to be backing Ucore because of its Dysprosium grades

    In fact Ucore have branded themselves “America’s Dysprosium Leader”

    Jack’s done numerous online video interviews pushing Ucore and their Dysprosium:-

    So the obvious question is just how good are Ucore Rare Metals Dysprosium grades … the answer can be found on page 29 of the following download being a recent Ucore presentation ..

    http://ucore.com/Ucore_TREM.pdf

    from which you will see that Ucore Dysprosium grades are 4%

    What only 4% ? ; now you should be starting to realize just how good Northern Mineral Dysprosium grades are at around 9% or over 200% better than Ucore - “America’s Dysprosium Leader”

    page 7 of the same presentation also shows the supply demand projections for Dysprosium out to 2015, and the significant supply shortfall projected

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    Anyone in any doubt just how good Northern Minerals grades are, had better take a good look at Ucore, this puts things well and truly into perspective, and the great promise the future holds for Northern Minerals

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    I have also been questioning why Northern Minerals has not been more active on the John Galt project – you will recall the Chinese tried to steal 51% of Northern Minerals, when the only historical drilling centered around John Galt, and a hit at Area 5 North ……. Now we have some new discoveries at Brown Range, including Wolverine and Gambit which are taking priority and being advanced.

    Is the lack of interest in advancing John Galt due to the fact that it has already been promised to the Chinese ........

    Would make sense, off take Wolverine and Gambit to the Japanese or Europeans and later off take John Galt to the Chinese

    Given what I have been reading about Dysprosium and Yttrium, (especially Dysprosium) Northern Minerals shouldn’t have any trouble securing off take partners – once suitable JORC(s) have been proven

    Good luck to all Northern Mineral shareholders
