psi81----from the info i have read or been told---there is very little equipment at the Finland plant that hasnt been completely removed and replaced with new---especially the electrical system---all brand new swith gear---new crushers etc----Altona has looked ahead and realised its more efficient to rebuild during initial reconstruction than to get up and running ,only to have a major breakdown during full production----that is why the commissining of the plant and ramp up is taking a little longer than first thought.All good imo as i had plenty of experience with that sort of thing during my working years with the NSW electricity Commission and Bluescope.
