the picture is becoming even clearer now when you have the Gov describing the role out with regards to Vic's abundant natural resource.
Baillieu was quite specific:
-secure our own energy supplies
-using the best possible technology to reduce emissions
-get the most possible value out of what is an extraordinary resource in the Latrobe Valley
ECT are accelerating plans to run DFT 2&3 in tandem where possible with the view to be completed towards end of 2012.

ECT's roadmap looks well aligned with Gov roadmap.
