Sorry, wrong information. I went 12 trading days back to get at the 300m number when you obviously must have referred to the 3B issued on 22.06.2012. From the 22nd of June only 150+m shares have traded.
But, it was only a convertible note that was issued on the 22nd and their was no mention of Bergen actually converting it. So I don't think that 3B is of relevance? Just IMO.
