    Yeah and I've seen companies pay $zilch for BIGGER 'development ready' projects and seen those projects turn out to be moose pasture.

    Wonder why PRH was never valued highly...guess you'll find out eventually.

    Lucky for SLR they have a darn good gold business (same with my stock NST which I otherwise would have flogged completely after that stupid deal).
