    I never claimed to be "big time" and the last thing I want is to turn this into a pissing contest.

    All I know what I have invested is alot to me, no one else.

    I just have concerns regarding the price the equity will be raised at, RES hasn't had a great track record in doing this anywhere close to a premium in the past. I hoped to be proven very wrong.
