    Due to the monopoly position of Orca, the Songo Songo Gas Plant operator and the ineffectual Tanzanian government production has been pushed back to the December 2013 quarter. This will be tied into the new pipeline and gas plant being funded by the Chinese, first section of pipeline in the south of the country is starting being built this week.
