Mate you raise some good points.

What is a concern to me is the timing of (IF) the "spin off" of ACE, if its after the Court resolution then do Itochu get the further 25% of shares in the "newly listed ACE" ie vwap in ACE or is it entirely in AGS from the finished litigation.

Think about this if they list ACE as a seperate entity, which Company would have the higher share-price, post the legal action.

IMO ACE! I'm not buying anymore shares in AGS until I get some clarity on what ACE means as far as any listing as a seperate Company, because I want in ACE and many others would to.imo.lol

Until then I dont see any move into AGS's share price.imo
