    $10 mil is based on this 21c estimation. If only 16c, Only about $7.7 mil.

    If they signed the deal at fixed 21c, it brings the certainty and it's a very good deal based on the market timing.

    Logic tell me it's Power Origin don't want to sign at 21c because they are "sure" they can get it just at around 16c.
