I had a few private companies over time, and according to the Articles of Association (or whatever it's called nowadays), additional shares can be issued to nominated persons or bodies.

I don't know the number of shares authorised or issued in ACE, but it really doesn't matter much.

The number of shares can be increased, and part of those could be assigned to ITOCHU, in consideration for an amount or whatever.
