If holders of DRX want an idea of what Tsang is up to they should look at the posts under MDX.When an offer was made recently by Sumitomo to become involved in MINDAX the share price jumped substantially.However Tsang being the largest holder blocked it and as a result the share price halved and Tsang organised the removal of half the board and is now in total control.By the way he also has a SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT with other friends of his from china re purchasing of mindax shares.In my opinion Tsang does not want any competition.He wants both drx and mindax for himself when the price hits absolute bargain basement levels.READ the history of MINDAX and you will reach the same conclusion.
