I went on to read a few of the posts in the politics. However, I have the politics forum on ignore; and, as a general rule I stay right out of that forum. I stopped blaming, long ago, politicians for everything that is wrong in this world. Rather, I think, we should all look at ourselves and ask the questions "How and Why did I let this happen?" , "what can I change in myself to make this world a better place?".
Sorry if that's getting a bit too philosophical for you, CW. But the politicians, the bankers, et alia do what they do because we let them do so through our own weaknesses.
